home made electric foam and plastic cutter step by step instructions

Hai guys!!

the electric foam and plastic cutter is very useful for all.
you can cut your foam with this cutter with smooth finishing,if you cut the foam with blades you may cut your hands and fingers and also there is no smooth finishing in that foam.
and also plastic pipes and all plastic materials very easy and simple.

this foam cutter is made with old useless transformer.you can get this in any old 12 volts adapter or in any old radios,tv's,ups,music players ,CD players etc.. 

you also try to make this and fell the experience by using this.

Need materials:

1. transformer.
2. bold wire(thick wire).
3. bamboo sticks.
4. flat wood piece.
5. long screws.
6. thread .
7. long wire.
8. wire leads.

follow the steps below:
step 1:-
first of all take the transformer and remove all the E shaped plates.

step 2:-
and after remove lead copper wire and you see that rounded plastic piece.

step 3:-
and now take bold insulated wire and twist around the rounded plastic piece like in the photo below.
  

step 4:-
after twisting the wire and place the E shaped pieces return back to the transformer.

step 5:-
now take wooden piece to place the transformer  and take the screws to hold the transformer.

step 6:-
now take bamboo sticks to hold the bold wire strong in correct position.
